Placing an Order:

We offer you three different ways to order our products:

Online Ordering: Online is available 24 hours every day and is the fastest way to get our products shipped to you! Just follow these three steps: Choose the product(s) you want to order by placing the item(s) into your shopping cart then indicate the quantity for each. Provide billing and shipping information. Choose the credit card you want to use.

By Phone: Sometimes we are unable to answer the phone, but If it is more convenient for you to order by phone, simply call 1-916-791-9623, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Please have the following information available: product name, billing and ship to addresses, and your Visa/MC or Discover with expiration date and security code. We will return your call no later than 24 hours after receiving it.

By Mail: Send your order to: Dice Game Resources, 3608 Annabelle Avenue, Roseville, CA 95661. Please make sure to include either a money order, your personal check, or your credit card number with expiration date and security code.

The Dice Game Resources staff works hard to make sure that our website reflects the most recent pricing as well as current stock. Occasionally, the price of an item may have changed or an item that is shown on our site is out of stock. If an item's current price is lower than what is shown on the site, we will automatically give you the lower price. If an item's current price is higher than what is shown on our site, we will give you the advertised price. If an item on our site is found to be out of stock, we will also notify you via e-mail to give you the option of keeping the item on order or canceling immediately.

Returns: We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Simply re-package any item you want to return along with the original invoice or a note stating who you are and what you are returning to the following address: Dice Game Resources, 3608 Annabelle Avenue, Roseville, CA 95661. Upon receipt of your package, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective.
